Notes:
- Rates are per night and include 15.5% service charge and tax
- Minimum 2 night stay – check-in time is after 3PM and check-out time is prior to 11AM
- Events at the villa must book minimum 3 nights and pay full villa rate even if not using all 4 bedrooms,
- 50% required to secure the booking or 100% if within 21 days of arrival
- LOW SEASON:
- Period of 22nd January to 25th March, 1st November to 19th December
- HIGH SEASONS:
- Period of 26th March – 31st October 2023, 20th Dec – 21st Jan 2024

- Payment may be accepted in some foreign currencies and the villa cost with be calculated at the rate of the day.
- Should you wish to pay in foreign currency, please let us know your preferred currency and we will advise if possible along with the applicable rate
