Notes:
- Rates are indicative only and discounts may apply depending on the time of booking. Exact rates can be seen on the availability calendar
- Minimum 2 night stay – check-in time is after 3PM and check-out time is prior to 11AM
- Events at the villa must book minimum 3 nights and pay full villa rate even if not using all 4 bedrooms
- 20% required to secure the booking or 100% if within 60 days of arrival

Payment may be accepted in some foreign currencies and the villa cost with be calculated at the rate of the day. - Should you wish to pay in foreign currency, please let us know your preferred currency and we will advise if possible along with the applicable rate
